Interessant ist auch, dass Wettkampfergebnisse für die Graduierungen bis zum 5. Dan obligatorisch sind:

Also bei uns (in Belgien) gibt es keine Verleihungen vor dem 7.Dan
Für Yvonne Bönisch finde ich die Auszeichnung angebracht, aber bei uns Belgiern ist diese Vorgehensweise unmöglich.
Und wenn ich zählen kann; kann man mit 30 Jahren den 5.Dan machen.
Ein guter Freund von mir hat kürzlich den 5.Dan bestanden.
Mit 30 Jahren wohlgemerkt.
