Hallo,
ich suche praxisnahe Lehrvideos zum Thema Judo-SV. Das Video sollte Techniken für Kinder und für Erwachsene beinhalten.
Und da ich selber schon einige Erfahrungen in Jujutsu und MMA Kämpfen gesammelt habe, suche ich Techniken, die einfach und praxisnah sind, die auch Kinder bzw. Jugendliche anwenden können.
Welche Videos könnt ihr mir da empfehlen?
